Who we are

N84 FR8 is run by Kalvis Berzins, trading as N84 Labs, a sole trader, at Level One, Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool, L1 0AH. Contact: hello@n84.dev. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Kalvis Berzins trading as N84 Labs.

Information only

N84 FR8 is an independent data service. It provides information only, not advice. It is not a freight forwarder, broker or carrier and does not arrange carriage.

Figures as published

Each figure is shown as published or observed by its source on the date shown, or as an N84 estimate labelled with its method. Each carrier's own current tariff prevails for billing.

No warranty

Figures are provided as they are, without any warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. Sources publish on their own schedules, some lag by months, and a source may be paused or withdrawn. Check any figure against its source before relying on it.

Liability

Our total liability to you, however it arises, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any decision you make in reliance on the figures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Using the data

You may use FR8 pages, figures and API output for your own internal business purposes. Keep the attribution to N84 FR8 and to the original source shown with each figure; some sources require their own attribution statement, listed on the sources page. You may not resell, redistribute or publish FR8 data in bulk, build a competing dataset from it, or copy it by automated means beyond the limits of your API plan, without a data licence from us. Carrier figures are also subject to the carrier's own terms. We own the rights in the FR8 archive as a compiled database.

Accounts and fair use

Keep your sign-in links and API keys private. We may suspend an account or key that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and will tell you why.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance, in pounds sterling. No VAT is charged. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Plans are sold for business use.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from the payment receipt email. You can cancel within 14 days of paying. Your plan starts straight away at your request, so if you cancel in that time we refund the payment less the days already used.

Changes to these terms

We will email paying subscribers at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect and we will refund the unused part of the period already paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of your local law and courts.
